Hello,
I really like your program.
Unfortunately I have a problem with which I am fighting for several days.
I can't scan computers in different Vlan's than mine. Errors that occur to me are:
The RPC server is unavailable 0x800706BA (W-PROJ-894)
Can not resolve hostname to an IP address (W-PROJ-894)
Server is placed on my personal computer. I scan all devices on the network from the pool (IP range). I find all of them, but only in my VLAN I can get to them.
I tried scan with disabled firewall (symantec) and still no result.
Any ideas?
greetings

We don't use domain logon. Each VLAN has its own workgroup. That's all. You suggests that I should update hosts file on my computer for each device?

That would be a solution, yes. More information on the topic of "hosts" files can be found here.

The message "Can not resolve hostname to an IP address (W-PROJ-894)" indicates that there is a DNS resolution problem. You will have to update your DNS server to ensure that the computer's name refers to the correct IP address.
Do the ranges you are attempting to scan belong to the same domain?
