Hello,

We are using Office 2010 but lansweeper is not showing the Product Key from most of the PC's. However the Product key is showing up from some PC. I cannot explain the difference. Any suggestions? For the PC where lansweeper is showing the Produckt key is says there volume lising keys however there are oem.

Followup sent via email. No Office keys are actually present in the client machine's registry, which is why no keys were scanned.

Please contact support@lansweeper.com and provide us with:
• Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Service\Errorlog.txt, as present on your Lansweeper server.
• Screenshot of the Software tab of one problem machine’s Lansweeper webpage.
• Screenshot of the Scan Time tab of the same problem machine’s Lansweeper webpage.
• The registry keys below, exported on the same problem machine. Rename the files from .reg to .txt before sending them, so they are not blocked by our spam filters.

Hello,

We are running the latest version en the PC's are recently scanned.Tried a rescan Asset but no go.

You can see the installed office in the Software tab.

Please ensure that:
- You are running the latest Lansweeper version. Update instructions can be found on page 165 and beyond of our online documentation: http://www.lansweeper.com/documentation.pdf
- Your machines have recently and successfully been rescanned. The "last seen" dates listed on your asset pages should be recent. You can rescan your network by clicking the Assets link at the top of the web console, ticking the upper checkbox and hitting the Rescan button on the left.
