Query Combobox values from ERP SQL

Hi Community!

I'm doing new ticket type in HelDesk and I need to create a combo box (or similar) with values from my ERP using SQL query.

For example I need all my Customers from my ERP listed in combo box.

Someone knows if is it posible or the way to do that?
