Question regarding AD scheduled scan

Question regarding AD scheduled scan.
All AD scheduled scanning’s starts, when Lansweeper service is restarted from windows services, even it is not on scheduled to run at that time.
Why is this happening?

The schedule starts if it hasn't run that day and the schedule is past time.
This is by design.
