I have purchased the premium tools and yet when I am finally able to get remote control to work it tells me I have an unlicensed version (limited to 60 seconds) and it opened up window after window and just kept going.

anyone else have this problem?

Also, I cannot launch it from the console. I have to go to the server and open a cmd prompt to run it.

when I launch it from the console it says file not found, but I have checked it many times and cut and paste it into the run box and it works just not from the console.

1) Start lsremote.exe without any parameters.
In the menu above the "computer to connect to" you should see Register / Help, click register/enter license key

or

2) place a file "license.txt" with your license key in the same folder as lsremote.exe

You can register the premium tools in 2 ways:

1) in the menu of screengrab/lsremote there is an option "register"
2) place a file "license.txt" in the same folder with your license key.

Can you be more specific?

I cannot locate the option to register lsremote. where would this be found?

or

where do you store the license key? I entered the key using the configuration utility, premium tab, enter your license key box:
