Remote Deployment Registry Keys

I have noticed an excess of registry keys under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\lansweeper\Remote Deployment. I assume this is normal? Is it necessary to keep these or can I set a task to remove them periodically?
