I have a user on my domain who has managed to block the remote screenshot.
I have admin rights on his machine, he does also.
When i run remote screenshot all that i get from his pc is a white screen.
Any ideas on how to create a policy on his pc that will lock down whatever is needed for me to grab his screen?

Thanks

That is always a possibility. I had mentioned to him that I have the screengrab ability and he stated that he had found a way to block it. I just wanted to create a policy with the screen grab ports or services that need to run in order for it to work. And find out if anyone else has had this issue.

You will get a white screen if the computer is locked.
Could this be the case?
