When choosing to perform a remote unistall on a Win 7 32bit machine I get the following error when connecting:

General error on retrieving installed software from remote machine. The operation completed successfully.

Choosing OK shows no products.

any thoughts?

Problem has been resolved through email. An old version of the tool was being used. We will check our installer and download links, as the old tool still appears to be available.

- Screenshot of Properties\Details for the RemoteUninst.exe.
- Screenshot of the exact error message you are seeing.
- Information on the OS and service pack of both the machine initiating the session and the target.

I am using the latest tool ... I just activated and installed today

This error used to occur on rare occasions with an old version of the tool.
