Remove Rescan & Full Rescan from "Non active computers"

Is it possible to remove these from just that page? I have scan happy techs which means I'll never have an accurate "Non active" list. It seems that even if I turn a PC off, and let it get moved into Non Active, if I kick off a scan for it, its imediately moved out even if its not found.

Is this normal behavior?

I just wanted to post back, and appoligize. I was unable to reproduce this issue after the first few days. But it wasnt just me, all of my techs were having the same issue. I think it was a combination of it being a new server and my changing settings every 10 min that first week.

It is no longer an issue now though.
