Hi.

We recently bought Lansweeper Premium and added the licensekey. But we still have the Free version in "License information". Please help

I´ve solved the problem. The password in the Lansweeperservice.exe.config was wrong. Changed it and it fixed it.

Could you post the contents of your errorlog.txt file please.

Do you use version 3.5.1?
