Root domain - Child domain Authentication

Hi

I am a premium user of lansweeper.I am having an issue in combining both parent domain and child domain computers in a single lansweeper webconsole.
Let me explain the issue

My Company is having two locations which are connected through site-to-site VPN .Site A is the root AD -domain (abc.com ) and the site B having child domain (child.abc.com).For getting details on lansweeper on both location i create a login script ,\\server1.abc.com\AdminResources\lsclient.exe server1.abc.com (where server1 is the lansweeper server and its share folder, AdminResourses is having the lsclient.exe )Now i can see all the computers from site B in a new entry in the lansweeper web console .I am getting the ip address ,last login details etc but not able to get the full computer details .In the error option there is an entry (Wmierror Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)) HADES (HADES.child.abc.com) \root\default 6/2/2009 3:50:16 PM)
Can you please confirm whether any option for me get all details of all computers?

You need to run the service under an account that has administrative permissions on HADES.child.abc.com or you need to use the alternate credentials in 3.5.1
