LS 12.5.0.7 Windows Assets Duplicate

We have FDQN domain name mydomain.core.loc but NETBIOS name is mydomain2.

After update to 12.5.0.7 LS have created some duplicate assets in each domain namespace.

That is interesting, it's scanning two different domains on the same IP?

And these are for sure the same asset, not a roaming device or such?

Was the domain changed? Are you using Windows Rename Detection?

*I wanted to mask real name. So read pmz2 as mydomain2. 

Yes, same device shows as two assets.

Domain was not rename at last 14 years.

Windows renamed detection is disabled.

May want to enable Windows Rename Detection if appropriate for your environment.

I will try to use Windows Rename Detection. But we had false-positive detecrions of assets.
