The problem is most likely caused by the checkpoint vpn client or symantec endpoint protection.
Most likely this is blocking the traffic. (could you please confirm)

I believe symantec has a build in firewall?

In order to solve third problem: WMI ok, RPC ok, "Call was canceled by the message filter." I tried to run the repairwmi.cmd and I got this error:
"File '/RegServer' not found!
What can I do?

RPC unavailable not yet.
WMI, we solve it in one xp computer with this command: secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\repair\secsetup.inf /db secsetup.sdb /verbose
Do you have another quick solution?, because we need to apply this in 500 computers, how can we solve this problem more efficiently?
For the other problem, with RPC available, WMI avaible and message: "Call was canceled by the message filter.", find attached a picture with the SW installed.

Please post a list of installed software on the computer.
This problem can be caused by a third party firewall blocking access (cisco firewall client caused this problem in the past)
Or by a bad network connection.

Are the RPC unavailable and WMI access denied solved?
