Hi I need to scan the computers 2 times a day
computers are not in active directory.
I have a licensed version of Lansweeper.
Active and Worgoup scanning are disabled.
I tried to set the scanning ip range but it works only 1 per day at 5:30.
IP Range Scanning:
IP:start:192.168.1.1 - 192.168.1.255 17:30
IP:start:192.168.1.2 - 192.168.1.2 5:30

It would be better to check your scanning queue at the scheduled time to see if any scans are taking place. Error logs don't log every scan attempt.

The System Scanning Log is meant for troubleshooting errors and does not log every scan attempt. To check whether your machines have been scanned, you need to look at the "last seen" dates listed on their Lansweeper webpages.

Simply submit the same range twice for IP Range Scanning. You can't submit the exact same range twice, but something like this will work for instance:
192.168.1.1 - 192.168.1.254
(Make sure the start or end IP is slightly different.)
192.168.1.1 - 192.168.1.254
(Make sure the start or end IP is slightly different.)
