Newbie question:
We would like to scan all our servers (in a domain) every 15 minutes or at least every hour.
Is this possible?
And if it's possible, how can I arrange this ?
Can't find the right settings in the LanSweeper configuration...

We would like to scan every hour for:
- disk space
- network connectivity (positive ping)
- cpu usage
- memory usage
- and maybe some more...

Hope someone can help me out!

We are currently in trial mode, but if this works then we will definitely buy the software 🙂

It will look at the report schedule.

Lansweeper is not a real time monitoring tool. (except for the eventlog alerts)

However there is an alert in the event viewer that is triggered when the disk is almost full, you can use this to setup what you want.
Alerts for eventlogs are mailed immediately after scanning.

Thanx for the info, we are going to do some more testing for now!

Easiest way would be to create a scheduled job on the server that launches lsclient every 15 minutes.
CPU usage and memory usage cannot be scanned.

Great response time 😉

If I use lsclient to scan every 15 minutes and it detects that my disk is almost full (less than 1GB), does LanSweeper then immediatly sent an e-mail ?
So, we can take immediate action.

Or does LanSweeper only look to the Report Schedule ?
(Scanning setup -> Scanning Servers -> Options -> Report Schedule)
