Scanned Files in tblFileversions

We have upgraded recently to 3.5 version. After upgrede, I noticed that some scanned files are removed from this table. Trigger scan will not detect files again after update. Example: process of upgrading symantec to EP11 was monitored by reading rtvscan.exe file. After we upgrade to 3.5, no new clients were detected.
Is there any known issue for this?

I can't find any information about if on Microsoft but I found that WMI does not give file versions because this is a dotnet executable.
I've also verified this with other dotnet executables (like lansweeperservice.exe)

The only supported variables are %programfiles% and %windir%

c:\config\script2.bat should do the trick

OK. Files are now scanned, but it won't get file versions

Old record:
VersionID Compnam Found FilePathFull FileVers FileDesc Company Filesize
209470 PC1 True c:\Sample2\Sample2.exe 1.32 794624



New record:
VersionID Compnam Found FilePathFull FileVers FileDesc Company Filesize
228521 PC2 True c:\Sample2\Sample2.exe NULL NULL NULL 802816

Fileversion is not important at the moment, but I might need it in near future.

Could you post screenshots of the config table and the result table please.
No issue has been reported so far.

I do not know how to attach files, and there is no easy way for me to post pictures somewhere and point to them. This is one of files i am looking for :
%SystemDrive%\Config\script2.bat
I tried also with :
c$\Config\script2.bat

In tbo.FileVersions i have records only for machines that are offline since upgrade. Before upgrade I had 20 records and now only 2. In dbo.FileVersions for machines that have this file, column Found shows False.

Late note!

I tried to scan directly c:\Config\script2.bat and succeded. I never noticed this change.
