I'm new to Lansweeper (Premium) and I can't find anything about this.

On the computer information screen in the Web Console, there's a section of info that's scanned on the computer (OS, etc.) and another section that's populated from Active Directory.

Where does the "Scanned Information" section get its data exactly? None of our computers are showing anything in the Model, Vendor, or Tag fields -- it just says "System Product Name", "System manufacturer" and "System Serial Number". It would be great if I could get this information to show up.

If the hardware does not support this then Lansweeper can't scan it.
A solution would be to use the custom fields for this.

Yes, they are clone PCs. So there's no way to enter this data anywhere so that Lansweeper will pick it up? I can't edit my BIOS.

Lansweeper gets this information from WMI.
WMI gets this particular information from the bios.

Most likely these are clone pc's and not brand pc's.
