Hi.
Some of our assets don’t display warranty information. As far as I understand, this info is gathered from serial number processing via vendor site.
For example, this HP-produced asset has the needed info.
If we go to https://support.hp.com/us-en/check-warranty and input the serial number, we get the same result:
But if we input this serial with “unknown” warranty, HP site asks for extra information (“Product number”):
The question is, can Lansweeper get this “Product number” from the system and proceed to display warranty date? Maybe there are some configs that we should set?

At present, the HP Warranty API is not available for use by IT Service companies and 3rd party ISVs that check warranty information for their customers' devices.
As the HP Warranty API can no longer be used, Lansweeper is unable to fetch warranty information from HP devices.
