I have just installedLansweeper on my new w2k8 server and enabled active scanning, i have installed it using the same settings and i copied the webconfig. Now he doesn't find any clients .

The web.config doesn't contain the active scanning details, they are stored in the database.
You need to fill them in with the configuration tool.
