Is it possible to search for an item in the database using the search field on the web interface if you don't know the first characters in the name?
For example our PC names are based on a corporate asset tag # on a sticker attached to the physical machine, prefixed by the users department abreviation. So if I have a broken machine in front of me that is named dept1234567 in windows I might not necessarily know what department the use is in but I know the tag # 1234567. Typing 1234567 into the search field doesn't return any results. I've tried simple wildcards but it didn't help. I know I can look the users up and see what machines they have logged into but directly locating the machine would be nice also.
Is this possible?
