We are in the process of incoperating your Lansweeper discovery tool as part of our Enterprise Service Desk solution to help augment our ability to support our users. The Enterprise Service desk is designed around the HEAT ticketing system which incorperates a CMDB database of all our known assets. The Lansweeper tool will provide some granularity into the internal components of the discoverable assets however not all the details will be extracted from the SQL DB to feed into the CMDB of HEAT. To access the more detail information about a discovered network asset, we would like to launch a browser URL with the serial number referenced in the URL to directly pull up the correct asset LANsweeper page.
