Hi,
All is good for me apart from 1 server which will not update information on the console.

Connection tester passed all tests.

LStriger runs with no errors from the server.

No errors on the service log.

But when i look at the queue i can see the server in the following forever.
In process 1 Threads running 1
FLEETAPP1 FLEETAPP1


I can see the software report but not the hardware report etc.


any ideas?

Hi,
Problem Solved.
I have rebooted the server that had the problem...and it it ok now.

Do you seen any errors in the errorlog.txt?
When you try the connection tester, do you get any errors?

Hi,
i have downloaded the latest version only to realise i already have the latest installed.

However i installed it anyway just in case.

Still there is a problem with this server.

Any more ideas?

Are you using the latest version of lansweeper?
Version 3.2 update 1 fixes the issue that you are describing.
