Greetings, I am using LANSweeper 3.5.1.28957 and I have run a "All Servers" report and I show the same machine with 3 different operating systems.
What is causing this and how can I resolve it?

I still see different OS versions for servers in the reports. What do I try next?

Did you change anything to the default reports?

I'll upgrade today. But the report shows many servers as different OS, so I'll let the discovery run for soem time before I report it again.
BTW, I also get the same result when looking for all SQL servers; different versions of SQL.
Thank you, I'll post an updateed result later.

Could you please upgrade to the latest service version.
The problem is most likely caused by a database timeout between updates.
After the upgrade you will need to lstrigger and rescan the affected machine.
