Since you provide a great solution for LAN scanning and assets tracking, would be perfect to have a service desk module linked to them. Thank you!

Version 6 includes a HelpDesk! I'm trying it out now and it's pretty awesome.

As AquaGoat mentioned as well, a fully functional help desk is included in Lansweeper 6.0, which is currently in beta. (Thanks for posting, AquaGoat!) If you haven't already, contact support@lansweeper.com to be added to our list of beta testers. Just include "beta" in the title of your message, so we know it's a beta request.
