i hope that question does not appear at all...

everytime i start the server, ther service lansweeperpro seems to run and everything looks fine, but when the client try to connect, it fails, after restarting the service on the server everything i ok.....

is there a solution for that....

in my opinion it has something to to with the order the services start, and that the lansweeperpro service starts berfore the sql-service ??

is that a solution to make some depencies on the services????
or do you have already a solution for that....

it is not that big problem, but it is a little bit awful...

no i am using 3.0 ....

do you think it is better to update lansweeper now (because it is beta as i now?!)

or to do the depencies on the services....

in lansweeper i got the same problem.

because the lansweeper service started before the sql service.

in the 3.1 version i don't have that problem anymore.

In my first test with version 3.0 I set this up on my laptop. On my second test with this, I've got this set up on a virtual machine. Both would be quite slow. I set up a service dependency. My eventual deployment will probably be to a SQL farm with the service running on a common task server.

Anyway, one thing you can try is setting up the Lansweeper with a service dependency on the SQL service. You can find that link here:

Are you using Lansweeper3.1?
The lansweeper31 service waits for the sql service and tries 3 times with a pause from 30 seconds before dying.
