Engaged Sweeper
We are currently running Lansweeper on our network and having a great experience with it. We've found that it is an invaluable tool to our help desk, but have some concerns regarding security. We want to restrict what systems certain users can see/control. I've looked on the forums, and it appears there is no good solution for this.

We started brainstorming and the idea we came up with was to have multiple installs of Lansweeper, and having certain installs only scanning specific OUs in our AD. Under that system we could control who has access to what systems by limiting them to specific Lansweeper installs. Is this a valid practice under our current "Premium company license"?

As long as all these computers belong to the same company (legal entity) it's no problem.
