Using Intune to install Lansweeper agent on laptop. The agent installs and reports to the server. But, when I look at installed apps on the laptop, it show UNREGISTERED. The server shows we are using 623 of 4000 licenses, so I don't think it is a license issue. See attached screenshot. Any ideas what is causing the UNREGISTERED result?

It looks to me like UNREGISTERED is coming from your MSI wrapper software, indicating it is unlicensed rather than Lansweeper.
Friendly reminder that we don't offer support for third-party utilities like this, but we do have an open feature request! If you'd like to add your input (and increase its visibility), go ahead and open a case and PM me the case number.
