We recently enabled SNMP on our printers. However, some printers do not have that capability. On the ones that don't, we receive: "SNMP was not scanned, but existing record has SNMP info."
These printers were successfully scanned prior to enabling SNMP in LS. What do I need to do to work around this?

After I thought about it, I just added the default SNMP credentials as another credential. This way, it will check the defaults like it did previous to the SNMP change.
I rescanned the troublesome printers and it seems to e fine.

If you are seeing this error, that means SNMP info was scanned for the printer at some point, but can now no longer be accessed. Please contact support@lansweeper.com and provide us with screenshots of:
- One problem printer's Lansweeper webpage.
- A connection test performed to the printer using the DeviceTester.exe: http://download.lansweeper.com/tools50/DeviceTester.exe
Perform the test on your Lansweeper server, connecting to the printer's IP address, and show us the entire test window.
