Software Licence Tracking does not show Operating System

Hi,

i'm just starting to use the licence tracking. I wanted to add windows 7 under operating systems, but it does not show up with the right count of installations.

Problem resolved via email. Customer removed and recreated the license item.

Could you please send your screenshots without hiding parts to support@lansweeper.com?
We can't troubleshoot based on the information we can see in this topic. Could you also send the sql syntax of the report you showed in one of the screenshots?
