hi, i have few question

1)what does negative (-)sign and positive (+)sign means in the recent change soffware change report? does it mean if i add or install a software it will give me a + sign and if i uninstall a software it will give me a - sign?

2)there is a field name "installed" and has a numbers on it, are these numbers are dates? because some are look likes dates.if it is a date also, what is the difference between "installed" and "date" field

First column:
Green=added
Red=removed

2e column:
Green=approved software

Installed: The day the software is installed (if this was provided by the installer)
There is no agreed format of this date so the publisher can write whatever he likes.
