Software scanning not accurate

Hello All,

Currently scanned software does not show all software installed. Any reason why that is? Some setting I do not have configured correctly?

Found the issue, the user removed "Domain Admins" from the local administrators group - The Lansweeper account has access via the Domain Admins group.

Screen of the software
screen of add/remove programs
is the waittime up to date for software?
