Some Actions Remain in Advanced section after Removing Advanced Checkbox

I got all of my actions organized the way I want them, but then decided to make a few of them Basic instead of Advanced. I unchecked the Advanced checkbox for them, but they still end up in the Advanced section. I've attached a couple of screenshots.
