Workstations with antivirus disabled (Lansweeper Cloud)

Good morning fellow Lansweepers...  I was curious if anyone had a trick to either removing the Workstations with antivirus disabled or modifying it, so it doesn't report on Windows Defender being disabled?  My company uses Trellix and CrowdStrike for AntiVirus.  I tried making changes in the Advanced Filter view, but that didn't seem to do anything.

There is a built-in report that is called "Assets with one or more disabled antivirus - excluding Windows Defender".
This should help you out. Otherwise you can start from that report and build your own variant of this.
