I just installed Lansweeper 4.2 premium. I'm a novice. Some of my computers are being identified as NAS devices and I don't know why or how to change them to computers. the computers identified as NAS devices have a sysname = computername.rms.hcpd.com. The computers that are correctly identified as computers have a sysname = computername.

Lansweeper uses port 135 to identify machines as Windows computers. If a computer is being detected as a device, port 135 is probably closed. For an overview of ports used by Lansweeper, please refer to this knowledge base article.
You can also check which ports are open with our device tester. Information on using the device tester can be found on page 107 of our online documentation.
