SQL Error: Cannot Connect to Database

After running v5 for about a month now, today we get this message..

Says Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool. This may occur is the max pool size was reached..

They restared the IIS and it is working now... If we experience any more issues I'll post.
