Why does SSH return this error? Where do I need to specify credentials?

The connection tester gives an SSH error too. I can make an SSH connection to the server with Putty, though.

I can make an SSH connection to the server with the credentials I provide. That's why I don't understand the SSH error from Lansweeper.

This seems like a silly question, but are you sure you have the username/password right? I'd suggest attempting to connect to it through some other SSH tool and making sure, if you haven't already.

I've done that. The device tester also fails with the same error. I can make an SSH connection to the server with the credentials I provide.
