I have recently installed a number of Grandstream VoIP phones. I am unable to get Lansweeper to recognize these devices through SSH. I verified that I am using the right credentials by logging into the phone directly. I also reset the pones to factory settings and used the default credentials.
However the scan fails due to authentication.
My version of Lansweeper is: 6.0.0.22
The phones are : GXV-3240
