Stopped scanning new machines

Lansweeper was scanning fine and stopped scanning machines at 677. The never scanned machines in red is still increasing. The Firewall is disabled through group policy so that is not an issue. I don't know what else to look for.
Any ideas?

We found the problem. The lansweeper service on the server somehow was changed to login as local admin. We switched it back to login as a domain admin and it is scanning the new machines again.

So, it's still scanning, you get new machines but they are red.
Which error do you get (access denied, RPC?)
