Hi
since few days, we have these errors in errorlog.txt :
06/10/2009 11:31:47: FRLTPAR43979 User lookup Unknown error (0x80005000) GWIN\SIBEAD
06/10/2009 11:41:44: GWIN.FR.EU.ABNAMRO.COM Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.
06/10/2009 11:41:45: FR\FRDCPAR3038375$ Active directory computer lookup Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.
06/10/2009 11:43:24: GWIN\FRLTPAR43979$ Active directory computer lookup Unknown error (0x80005000)
Apparently, each time Lansweeper wants to scan a computer there is one error on user lookup and AD computer lookup.
Do you have already seen these errors?
Thanks for your return.

HI,
we have solved the problem.
The service account we created didn't have tha capability to log in interactive mode (our security department doesn't want that service accounts have this capability). When we enable it, Lansweeper works correctly.

The account performing the scan doesn't have access to the active directory objects or the object cannot be found (if these are standalone computers or accounts)
