I was able to upgrade from 3.5 to 4.0 and then from 4.0 to 4.0.0.24. After playing around and pushing some buttons I realized that the DB has not been updating since the upgrade.
After investigating, I noticed that the LS service was not running, therefore no errorlog.txt. I've included the text of the error log below. What other areas should I look at to restore functionality?
