we've been rolling out new versions of symntech endpoint protection version 12 and we've noticed that lasweeper isn't shows on some computers that it's been install on. this isnt' true for all workstations just some. I've noticed that some of the Clients are having trouble talking to the SEP server and was wondering if lansweeper only reports the AV software if it's fully configured and working properly?

We use SEP 12 and Lansweeper properly shows all installations.

Lansweeper lists the same information found under Add/Remove Programs (Programs & Features) on the client machine. Please verify whether your machines have been rescanned since the software installations. You can check the SOFTWARE item in the Scan Time tab of their Lansweeper webpages to see when software information was last rescanned.
