I have the web page up and i can run the lsclient.exe at the machine but all i get is the machine name and username. The error i get at the web page is The network path was not found. The error listed in the subject line is from the server error log. When i run the test connection program i get
Ping test OK

Are you talking about the lsclient.exe program that has to run at each client? If so does that mean that all users have to have admin rights every time they login? The machines that we have tried on so far have all been tried with admin login rights.

Make sure that your user running the lansweeper service has administrative permissions on the client.

I started the service and the error log on the server shows the same error and am now getting the error below in the web console for a vista machine:
Regerror Requested registry access is not allowed
I get the error below in the web console for an XP Pro machine:
Wmierror The RPC server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA)

Is this a windows vista machine?
If so you must set the remote registry service to automatic (it's disabled by default)
