I installed the premium user tools on the 15th and have not had any machines report in since then. I'm deploying lsclient via GPO and its been working great. But, I booted some machines from storage onto the domain today and they aren't showing up, so I know something is wrong. I believe we have restarted the server since then as we are using it to test other things. Any reason why this would happen?

I just checked and it stopped last night. I need to track the error down. I'll give it a shot, and let you know.

I have to restart my Lansweeper service after every system restart.
I fixed this in the next release
I also have to occasionally start the service when it stops without a system restart.
Do you have an error in the log why the service stopped?

I have to restart my Lansweeper service after every system restart. Probably related to the sequence of SQL starting on the same server. Easily scripted...
I also have to occasionally start the service when it stops without a system restart. I finally added it to my server monitoring software, and have it restart the service if it ever stops.

Could you check the errorlog.txt from your service.
The premium tools are not related to the actual scanning.
