I have the web page up and i can run the lsclient.exe at the machine but all i get is the machine name and username. The error i get at the web page is The network path was not found. The error listed in the subject line is from the server error log. When i run the test connection program i get

Ping test OK
-----------------------------------------------
Remote registry test FAILED
The network path was not found.

-----------------------------------------------
Remote WMI access test OK
-----------------------------------------------
Remote \\127.0.0.1\c$ access test OK

Have you checked the reverse dns lookup?
Are the clients firewalled?

None those are the only ones i have tried it on.

Three different errors on three different machines:

Pingerror Ping failed to AAC-TGLASSKY

Regerror The network path was not found. AAC-AHALLKY

Wmierror The RPC server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA) AAC-KGREGORYKY

i am running the remote registry service on the client and given the lsscanner login admin rights both on the local mahine and as a domain admin. I have remote desktop enabled on the client as well.

Regerror Requested registry access is not allowed

This means that your user running the service does not have registry access to the client

Which is how i have it setup.
The database and lansweeper are on the same server.
The service is running with admin rights.

Typical setup:
Database on a server
Lansweeper service on one server connecting to the database
clients connecting to the lansweeper service with lsclient
