Take Screenshot utility not working

I get an error message - "Unable to contact to host - [host name] Access is denied." It also says that the key was expired on 10/15/09, but on the main page of LS on the top right, it says the license is going to expire on 10/20/2010.

How can I get around to solving this issue? Thanks



*update* - I obtained the license key, and it says it was validated, however after I close out of LS and open it up again, it goes back to the same message that the key expired on 10/15/09

Please mail us screenshots of the license key screen and your order reference.

It might take up to 15 minutes to be activated.
Make sure your lansweeper service is started.
