User Rights for uninstall

I have one of our techs that cannot do a uninstall for software. It errors out as a cannot start WMI service. I on the other hand can get in and do the uninstalls without any issue. I am a Domain admin and he is not. But i do not want to elevate him ...

Delete previous scan data

I need to remove all data from lansweeper from a previous scan. I am going to be using it on a new network and cant have any data from the other network in the database. How can I remove it so that it is like a fresh install?

batch add new device
