Hello ,

we are using LS for more than 250 clients and everything works fine ! Congratulation for the execelent product , we will buy the premium edition asap.

Only one computer has problems and we don't understand why.

The error in the PC web page is : RegError --> The network path was not found.

The result of connection tester is :

Ping test OK
-----------------------------------------------
Remote registry test FAILED
Impossibile trovare il percorso di rete.
The network path was not found

-----------------------------------------------
Remote WMI access test OK
-----------------------------------------------
Remote \\pc118\c$ access test FAILED

In the error log file , there is nothing about this PC

The reverse lookup doesn't work for this PC , BUT IT DOESN'T WORK FOR ANY OTHER PC in our domain and the other PC work with LSweeper

Can you help me ? I don't understand why it doesn't work just for this PC !

Many thankx

PS : We have just moved to version 3.2 , but the problem is the same.

Wv

Remote admin mode = Disable ?!?!

Why do I need to enable remote exception in my policies ??
This is disabled for everyone , but only for 1 single PC doesn't work !

This is the problem :
Remote admin mode = Disable

You need to enable remote admin exception in your policies.
