I'm having problems with the servers scan.
But I have a Domian Admin User and persists error.
I checked the DCOM and WMI's OK.
I need help.

I'm having the same problem with IBM/Lenovo laptops here is a screen shot of the test connection.
Remote WMI test

Remote Registry test using WMI

This means that
1) windows firewall is blocking access (see : http://www.lansweeper.com/kb/notfound.aspx)
2) a third party firewall is blocking access
3) dns is redirecting to a wrong IP address.

If possible could you please post a screenshot of the connectiontester where you test the connection to this computer and the message that is displayed on the webpage.

WHen you try the connectiontester which error do you get?

Try disabling the firewall totally on the machine where you are running the lansweeper service.
This will work for sure. Let me know how you go ?
