to scan a different domain

Hi,

I am new user of the premium version of lansweeper, and trying to add a different domain to the lansweeper. When adding it thru the configuration program, an error message is displayed "Cannot verify logon, wrong username or password". I am able to acces thru the same pc the different domain, and to display the information thru the computer management of the distant server. Any suggestions ?

Active scanning for un-trusted domains is not working/intended for version 3.5

I tested with and without the "don't try to authenticate username/password", still the same. it is not a trusted domain. the other site is accessible thru a vpn.

If you are sure that the login/password is correct you can use the checkbox "don't try to authenticate username/password"

Is this a trusted domain?
