hi
When using the "user search" option from the lansweeper console, it does not return all the users.
i noticed it for one user who is definetly logged on to the domain, but when you search by her name, she isnt shown.
is there a particular reason for this?
Thanks
Damien

Are you using version 3.5.1?
Was this user logged on when the scanning was performed? (happens once every 8 hours maximum for clients)

Hi
Its a trial version of lansweeper we are using, and we are using the active scanning, my logon account was the only one that is using the lsclient.exe command at logon.

Does the lsclient ever runs when she logs on (maybe she doesn't have a login script)

Hi
ok, found that table, and had a look for that user name, but her user account isnt listed under the user name.
currently there are 7449 records listed in that table, but none for her user account.
Thanks

Hi Sorry about the delay in getting back to you, was out of office for a while.
Just looking through the database tables now, but i dont see a "logged on users" table.
i see a tblusers and tblusersingroups.
am i missing something?
Thanks
Damien

Do you find the user in the table of logged on users?
